Dr Mee Kim has always wanted to be a dentist and finds it very rewarding to provide families with the gentle, high-quality care they need. She makes every effort to keep the natural tooth, but if that’s impossible, our dentist has the skill and experience to restore your smile with various options.

A Journey of Educational Excellence in Dentistry
Dr. Mee Kim has dedicated her career to continuous learning and excellence in dental care. She began her journey by graduating first in her Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry. She furthered her expertise by obtaining a Master’s degree in Orthodontics.
Dr. Mee Kim continued her commitment to education by taking courses at the University of Melbourne and other institutions. Amongst many, her accomplishments include:
- Completion of Initial Dento-Facial Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler Training for Dentists, Australian Academy of Dento-Facial Aesthetics, July 2015.
- Completion of Pain Management and Use of Botulin Toxin for the Treatment of Temporo-Mandibular-Joint Dysfunction at Progressive Dentistry, August 2013.
- Fellow of the International College of Continuing Dental Education for Orthodontics in General Practice, November 2012.
- Graduating with Highest Honors from Progressive Orthodontics Seminars, June 2012.
- Awarded Outstanding Achievement in the Australian Dental Council Final Clinical Examination presented by the Victorian Women Dentists’ Association, 2008.
Providing the Care Families Need
After qualifying in South Korea, Dr Mee Kim moved to Australia, working in a community dental hospital for one year. During this period, she gained valuable experience and insights into the dental profession. Her motivation for starting her own practice stemmed from a desire to offer a broader range of services beyond what was available in the public sector.
Although passionate about dentistry and oral care for her patients, outside the office Dr Mee Kim loves to paint relaxing watercolours in her spare time.
